Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be an adult and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or organization per account. Don't create accounts to get around plan limits.

Plans, limits and billing

• Each plan has limits on bots, events and conversations per cycle, and a usage allowance. The current limits are shown on the Billing page and may change for new billing cycles.
• When a limit is reached, your bots pause until the cycle resets or you upgrade.
• Paid plans are subscriptions processed by Stripe and renew each period until cancelled. You can change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel in the Stripe billing portal linked from the Billing page. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.
• Deleting a bot does not free its slot on your plan.

Your bots and your participants

• You decide what your bots say and ask. You are responsible for that content, for using participants' answers lawfully, and for telling participants how you will use them.
• Chats show participants a notice that conversations are recorded and AI-generated. Don't remove or hide it.
• Don't use Helloaudi to collect sensitive information you have no need for, to harass or deceive people, to impersonate others, to send spam, or for anything unlawful.

AI output

Bot replies and summaries are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. They are not professional advice. Review summaries before you rely on or share them, and write your bot's instructions so it does not make claims you can't stand behind.

Our service

• We work to keep Helloaudi available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or remove features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
• You keep ownership of your content, including conversation logs. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to the AI and other providers described in the Privacy Policy, only to run the service for you.
• Helloaudi, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account, changes and contact

You can stop using Helloaudi at any time; email support@example.com to have your account deleted. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continuing to use Helloaudi after a change means you accept it.
